Inspired by our iconic Olympic Skeet design but reimagined with a striking new structure, the Skeet Twin Panel Charcuterie Platter takes shooting heritage craftsmanship in an exciting new direction. Where the Olympic Skeet features a single expanse of cartridges, this new design introduces a wide central divider of reclaimed timber running the full length of the board — dividing the platter into two equal cartridge-filled panels and creating a dramatic, symmetrical layout entirely unique to our workshop.

Viewed from above, the design reads like a perfectly composed frame: two long planks of reclaimed Belgium oak span the full width at top and bottom, a broad central spine of timber runs between them, and 12 bore cartridges fill each generous side panel in bold, gleaming rows. The result is a platter of real presence — structured, considered, and utterly unlike anything else on the table.

Heritage Craftsmanship:
Crafted from reclaimed Belgium oak dating back to the 1600s, the twin cartridge panels are set in crystal-clear resin, allowing the rich metallic lustre of the 12 bore cartridges to shine beneath a flawless glass-like surface. The natural patina of the historic oak — in the framing planks and central divider alike — ensures no two platters are ever identical. Chunky hand-stitched leather handles complete the rustic-luxe finish.

A Hidden Detail:
A charming finishing touch unique to this piece: one of the oak's original bolt holes — a mark of its centuries-long history — has been lightly dusted with a sprinkle of gold pellets, a subtle hidden gem that catches the light and rewards a closer look.
