The Angus Coaster (DISCONTINUED)
The Angus Coaster (DISCONTINUED)
The Angus is a unique handmade bespoke and stunning limited addition to our coaster range as every hide is different and totally unique therefore we will always be limited with the colourings we can offer.
Beautiful cowhide has been hand cut and very carefully embedded into layers of resin to create this beautiful unusual coaster. Extreme care is taken not to disrupt the hair of the hide and with careful precision the grain of the hair is accentuated showing off all the sheen and beauty of the hide encased in a protective clear epoxy high shine resin coated layer on the surface to preserve its natural beauty. A layer of Italian hand cut leather trim is secured around the edge of the coaster to form a band and fastened in place with four equally spaced domed pins which adds to the final touch. The base of the coaster is completed with black waterproof felt for protection.
“The Angus” is perfect for the formal or informal dining table and equally superb for the head table for a wedding a shooting dinner or luncheon, man cave, or even the kitchen table. The Angus is also perfect for the country home, farm house, or even the modern home and simply so versatile, truly exquisite and one of a kind.
